The commerce operation, general website, and entertainment and brand assets are operated by Platanos Entertainment LLC under the public-facing brand Santo Domingo Plátanos. Materials and activities related to LPB and player evaluations may be operated by Liga Plátano Ball EIRL.

Intellectual property

The names Santo Domingo Plátanos, Plátanos, Liga Plátano Ball, LPB, and Don Plátano, along with their logos, uniforms, characters, designs, photographs, text, videos, graphics, and other materials, are owned by their respective owners or used with authorization. Their reproduction, manufacture, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited.
