3. Responsible entities

Platanos Entertainment LLC is responsible for data related to the general website, brand, entertainment, and commerce. Liga Plátano Ball EIRL may be responsible for data related to player evaluations, baseball programs, and LPB materials. Santo Domingo Plátanos is the public-facing brand used for our experiences.

4. Service providers and disclosure

We may share necessary information with service providers that assist us with payments, ecommerce, product production and fulfillment, deliveries, hosting, security, analytics, relationship management, messaging, forms, events, and support. We share only what is necessary to provide the service, protect our operations, or comply with the law. We do not sell personal information for money.

Shopify and enhanced services. This store is hosted and operated on Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when a person visits the store or makes a purchase, including to provide services based on their interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify.
